General FAQ

When will I get my booth assignment(s)?
Booth assignments will be given out via email to the primary registration contact the first week of October.

How big is a booth and what is included?
Booths are 10'x10' and draped. Each booth order will include a front AND back table 8'table (front skirted).

I am a Gold Industry Member (or above). Can I register for more than one free booths?
No. Gold Industry Membership (or above) includes the value of one booth at the Fall Conference, applicable only to the same year of membership. Additional booths are eligible for the member discount. 

When will you send details about kitchen facilities, ice and water on site, and an exhibitor kit?
In early September. 

How do I get my member discount?
You must log in to your Industry Member account to be recognized as a member and receive the discount. If you don't know your login, try resetting your password.

I did not receive an email about logistics, but my company is registered. Why?
Emails to registered exhibitors will only be sent to emails included in the registration form. Whomever registered for the booth should forward logistical emails to their relevant colleagues. 

 

Broker FAQ

I registered two manufacturers for a split booth, or registered multiple manufacturers at one time. Can you invoice my manufactures separately?
No. Separate invoicing is the responsibility of the broker. SNA of Mass. is a small, non-profit organization without the resources to accommodate these requests. In order to secure appropriate booth pricing, please register each booth separately.

I registered two manufacturers for a split booth. Can the manufacturers send separate payment for each booth half directly to SNA of Mass.?
It is strongly preferred to receive a single payment for the invoiced total rather than multiple partial payments. 

My brokerage is Gold Industry Member (or above). Can I "give" my free booth to one of my manufacturers?
Yes. If your brokerage is a Gold Industry Member or above, you may use your "free" booth either for your brokerage or for any one of your manufacturers (or two manufacturers splitting one booth) regardless of whether or not the manufacturers are members. Simply login to your account prior to registering to receive your free booth rate.
For all other booths, non-member manufacturers will be charged the non-member rate for their booth, even if the broker is a member of SNA of Mass. 

Are non-member manufacturers represented by my brokerage eligible for the Industry Member discount?
No. Unless you are giving your "free" booth, per the question above. 

What if my manufacturer is not an Industry Member?
The cost of a Basic Industry membership is $250 per year, but the member discount and early bird discount combined saves $200. Consider inviting your non-member manufacturers to become a member of SNA of Mass. Basic Industry membership provides the following benefits:

 Listing as an industry member on our website, booth signage at the show, onsite conference materials, and inclusion in the slideshow at the Tuesday night event.
 Weekly email blasts from SNA of Mass. to keep up on the association and industry news.
 Listing in the membership directory on the website.
 First notice of school nutrition marketing events and opportunities.

Can I buy half of one booth (or half a split booth)?
No. Brokers registering for split booth must represent the two manufacturers. We do not sell half tables.
Note that the split booth is slightly discounted: the non-member rate for a full booth is $200 more than the member rate, and the non-member rate for a split booth (available to brokers only) is $200 more, which means $100 more per non-member company in the split booth. 

How do I register my manufacturer if they are already an Industry Member?
In order to secure appropriate booth pricing, each booth must be registered separately.

For brokers who have a Gold or Platinum Industry Membership: Login to your brokerage account to register for your free booth. For additional registrations, see below. If you don't know your login, try resetting your password.

For brokers who would like to register one of their manufacturers who is a member: Login to the manufacturer's account to register at the member booth rate, or contact our for assistance accessing their account.

For brokers who would like to register one of their manufacturers who is not a member: Simply register for a booth without signing in, and you will be charged the non-member booth rate.

If you or your manufacturer are not a current SNA of Mass. Industry Member, but would like to join to receive the member rate, click here to join online, then revisit the registration process as a member to receive the discount.
