EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION opens 4/1!
Dear Potential Exhibitor,
We are pleased to announce this year’s exhibition at the School Nutrition Association of Mass. Fall Conference. Exhibit hours will be 1:00 – 4:00 pm, Tuesday, October 16, 2018.
Space is sold on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to our Platinum Patrons. All applications must include full payment in order to guarantee your space. All booths must be paid in full before setting up on the show floor. There will be a $100 processing fee for all refund requests for cancelled booths submitted in writing by September 20, 2018. Sorry, no refunds after that date for booth cancellations.
We will send details about kitchen facilities, ice and water on site, and an exhibitor kit in early September 2018. Please note: due to popular demand this year each booth order will include a front AND back table.
Booth assignments will be given out the first week of October 2018.

TUESDAY NIGHT AWARDS DINNER - Join attendees as they from 4:30-6:00 pm at the Awards Dinner on Tuesday. Tickets are available to exhibitors for $50 per attendee.

INDUSTRY MEMBERSHIP
Please indicate on the exhibit application if you are a current Platinum or Gold patron or plan to become one. As a Platinum or Gold patron member, the cost of your booth space is included in your annual membership fee. If you are not currently a corporate member, please consider joining today and securing the member rate for your booth space.

Accommodations
Rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at the Hilton Garden Inn, Worcester. Call 508-753-5700 and mention the SNA of Mass. conference to secure the special rate of $143 for single or double occupancy. Parking is across the street in the covered garage. Please pull behind the hotel to unload your luggage prior to parking your car
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
One half of the registration fee will be refunded for all cancellations received before September 28, 2018.
